A six-session group program introducing core concepts in mental wellness education. Suitable for participants with no prior background in the topic. Sessions cover awareness, routine, communication, relationships, purpose, and practical reflection tools.

Workplace Wellness Workshop Series

A three-session educational series designed for professional teams. Erik has over a decade of experience designing and facilitating structured educational wellness programs for adults across Norway and internationally. His background is in adult education and group facilitation methodology. He holds no clinical qualifications and does not provide therapy or medical guidance. His programs focus on building well-being literacy and structured self-reflection skills.
