Our workshops do not prescribe outcomes; they provide frameworks, perspectives, and structured discussion.

Three Ways to Participate

All workshops are available in group, individual, and online formats — each designed to fit different learning styles and availability.

Group Workshops

Our most popular format. Participants explore wellness topics alongside others in a structured, facilitated group setting. Sessions run 90–120 minutes and are held at our Oslo location on Fridtjof Nansens plass.

Individual Sessions

One-on-one facilitation sessions for participants who prefer a more focused, private setting. These follow the same educational structure as our group workshops but allow for a more personalised discussion pace.

Online Programs

Remote formats delivered via secure video conference. Designed for those outside Oslo or with limited availability for in-person attendance. Includes downloadable reference materials and structured discussion prompts.
